Five day architecture and configuration review of one PeopleSoft product line (HCM, EPM, CRM, FIN). We will review all relevant Zparms, the USS configuration, all relevant parameters in table, index and tablespace definitions, bufferpool allocations, bind parameters for PeopleSoft related packages, network for acceptable response times, DB2 Connect settings, Application Server configurable parameters and Web Server configurable parameters. We will review up to 3 batch and up to 3 online transactions for performance bottlenecks. PeopleSoft traces will be used, along with appropriate monitoring products. We will evaluate potential tuning opportunities and determine corrective action.

Up to ten top resource consuming SQLs will be identified and analyzed. Corrective SQL tuning action will be recommended.
